SHIPPING

 

  • US and Canada shipping, $10 per order

  • We ship internationally. Email hello@amerindaalpern.com with your address for a shipping quote. 

  • All designs are hand finished and made to order. We will ship within 48 hours if in stock. Other items are available to ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. If you need a rush on a gift, please email to see if your date can be met.

RETURNS

 

  • Contact the studio to request returns within 15 days of receipt of delivery.

  • All returns must be confirmed via email.

  • Items must be returned in new condition. Please include a copy of the email confirmation in your package to expedite your return request.

  • Sale items are not returnable.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Please send an email to hello@amerindaalpern.com with the invoice number, the item number or name of item to be returned, the reason for return, and your name, email address and daytime phone number. Please note sale items are final and not returnable.

  2. Be sure to insure your return. We are not responsible for under-insured items lost in transit.

  3. Once the item is received at Amerinda Alpern Art Jewelry, we will process the exchange or credit with in 5 business days.

 

A return confirmation MUST be obtained by email BEFORE returning any items.

Returned items must be packed and shipped in safe and secure box. You may want to double box you item. Amerinda Alpern Art Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

 

Caring for your jewelry is easy. Store your jewelry in a dry place away from water and moisture. Do not clean with any chemicals. To clean sterling silver, use a soft toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste. For brass we recommend a soft toothbrush and baking soda, followed by non-abrasive toothpaste. All Vermeil gold jewelry must be wiped with a jeweler’s cloth.

 

REPAIR POLICY

 

  • We will repair any design purchased through Amerinda Alpern Art Jewelry. Depending on the damage there may be a fee. (Example: run over by a fast get-away car.) If you lose an earring, (oh I hate when that happens), contact me.

  • Please email Amerinda Alpern Art Jewelry for repair requests and include your name, email address and daytime telephone number.
